| The 1949 in Los Angeles gangster Mickey Cohen moved to the monastery church, with the intent to control all crime in the city. He bought a local judge andthe police, and no one is willing to go with him or testify against him. All except Seargant John Omara, a former World War II soldier aiming to settle the family in a quiet Los Angeles. Police Chief William Parker decides that a special unit whose mission is to take down Cohen and decides Omar to the unit conduct surveys. Omara choose four policemen and asks the policeman and another veterinarian, Jerry Wooters, to come to him, but no matter Wooters.
